Do talents need an agency?
You can build and publish your profile before you are represented. An approved agency must represent and verify you before patrons can discover you and you can apply for roles. One agency represents you at a time.
Who is CastKita for?
Performers, the people hiring them, and the agencies representing them. Performers include actors, models, voice talents, dancers and hosts. Hiring accounts are called patrons and can belong to production teams, event organisers, businesses or individuals.
Can I cast several roles for one production?
Yes. Add as many roles to one production as it needs, each with its own brief, dates, fee and pipeline. Open applications or invite talent for each role, then track the cast together.
Can I send a different comp card for each role?
Yes. You choose which comp card goes with each application. Pick one from your library or make a new one from your photos. Only the card and the files you select are attached to that application.
What is included in a free account?
Your profile and core casting tools, with 100 MB for photos, showreels, comp cards and files. That allowance belongs to your account and is shared across its roles.
How are talent fees paid?
The patron pays the talent the agreed fee directly, following the schedule in the written offer. Review the fee, dates and payment terms before accepting.
Who can see my profile and files?
Verified patrons see your published page and the comp cards on it. Your agency reviews names, disciplines, location, skills and languages; you manage the other details. Application files are available to the hiring patron and the agency representing you for that application or booking. CastKita administrators can access them for verification and support.
Can I try the app before joining?
Yes. The talent, patron and agency workspaces can be tried with fictional profiles and productions. Nothing you do there is sent to anyone.
